Composition of automatic cleaning system

CIP online cleaning system is referred to equipment(jar, pipe, pump, filter etc), including splashing on surface inside withdefined temperature cleaner through sealed pipes in circulation, in some time under condition that no manual disconnection or no opening of the whole stream line, SO that the aim of automatic cleaning can be reached. Automatic cleaning system is composed of single or many cleaner jars, pipe, distributor, voltage plus pump, circumfluence pump, gasdrive control valve, acidalkali measurement pump, panel

heat transformer, temperature controller, electricinduced rate detector, liquid level controller, PLC touch screen and controI tank,etc.

Usual cleaning process

1, Water pre-cleaning                  3-5 minutes           temp 40°C-50°C

2, Alkali cleaning                     5-15 minutes          temp 60°C-80°C

3, Water cleaning in the middle          3-5 minutes           temp 40°C-50°C

4, Acid cleaning                      5-10 minutes          temp 60°C-80°C

5, Water cleaning at last                3-6 minutes           temp 40°C-50°C
